The following briefing is for Project Sentinel members only.

Sentinel Members;
I was chosen to give this briefing due to my specialized knowledge of events. Since I only joined the agency 3 years ago and only partially because I had volunteered the other was because I had to, I have decided to give an informal briefing.


Like some of you, you may have memories of a different life than the one you had lived. I too have these memories, one is the life I had lived before October 2008 as a normal human and the other well actually the supernatural one I have comes from my dreams.


October 6th to October 14th 2008


This is technically when the Department was created, formed from four different government organizations. Department of Internal Security, Bureau 13, Outer Science Division, and Project Watcher. Each organization dealt with similar focus and had no previous information of each other. In fact the other organizations never existed as far each particular organization was concerned. As far as any government historical records shows none of these organizations actually existed prior to October 2008....


Confusing isn't it...


In October 2008 an event occurred which is now called “The Merging” by this department. Since only a few people remember it. The merging brought together an unknown number of universes. It was not just parallel universes; there were other kinds that were dramatically different which resulted in the cataclysmic events of a global invasion of supernatural and creatures that existed only in the madness of men.


The center point of the event was where I am came in. I was close to the event and in fact it did more than merge me. I was unfortunate to be right at the heart which was why the several of the special agencies found themselves contacting the president and began working together, found me quickly.

Within days we had learned that the emanation of the event had projected out not only through the planet but beyond. I had sacrificed much power to learn that the emanation was moving at an exponential rate and once it hit the outer rim of the Universe ...or universes it would come back as a massive energy wave. Top scientists within the agencies concluded the energy wave would fall back on itself in a massive concentration and then explode destroying all the universes.


We scrambled in those days; many agents of those agencies were lost. It was only a week of horror but the planet Earth was in its worst disaster since perhaps destruction of the dinosaurs. I had no choice; I used the last of my cards to find something to hold off the destruction. We eventually found something with the aid of those that would aid us something that would balance it all. We used it, or rather I used it.


The Sword of Damocles created a singularity from the energy wave. A stable singularity balanced and held by the sword. The results were far greater than I had anticipated. We could not separate all the universes back instead it seemed we had shunted the universes in perhaps two separate realms. I am unsure since I can access the wyld and walk through it still and several scientists in the department are still fighting on the theoretical possibility of more than two. The supernatural’s all of them except I were shunted into another realm; I remained because I was the one wielding the sword.


We had thought that was the end of it. The after effect of what the Sword of Balance did was incredible. Everyone forgot what had happened, actual memories were altered, and people who had extranormal abilities either lost their powers and had their memories altered or kept it and remembered what had happened. We could not figure out any pattern or reason. What did not get altered were the videos and the physical evidence during the actual week of horror. People who had been merged with the supernatural were erased from records and memories, but recordings of their existence during the actual eight days of the event remained.


It was lot of effort to explain the damage from the event period but we did. Most governments explained it as riots from the global economic crisis but it seemed that everyone believed this explanation rather than the videos that were on YouTube. It’s amazing the amount of denial the human psyche will bring to the table when the horrific or truth is actually sitting plain in their face.

So it all ended well? Right? Let’s now talk about the FUBARS.... I went unconscious in creating that
Singularity you think someone would guard what I had just created. The singularity was somehow stolen by an unknown person or persons. Thank goodness no one but I can touch the damn sword. When I had awoken and found out what happened the Sword had to be moved to secret location. Just because I can move the Sword does not mean someone might figure out a way to disturb it. I am still unsure how they moved the singularity and not affect the sword.


Next FUBAR. As you may have been told the supernatural’s were locked away in another dimension right? By June of 2009 we soon discovered that they had found a way to cross over. Humans with the powers of supernaturals started to emerge. I soon saw that they were being possessed; the humans had been offered powers not knowing they were becoming dominated completely by their supernatural partner until it was too late. Once under full control I could see the supernatural.


Finally the counterparts. I was not privy to most of the counterparts that existed prior to 2008. What I know is the following.


The Organization: They are the combination of most of the original counterparts. They are not supernatural in origin; they are scientists, power brokers, intelligence officers, psi and possibly alien influence. The scientists are one of the most brilliant and dangerous people that we have come across they have no restriction on what they will do they are well funded originally from the government but now through multiple corporate shells and billionaires who are aligned through organizations such as the Masons. The Organization has been linked to Project Adam and other experiments by this department. They are interested in what we know about supernaturals but believe them to be based on science rather than magic. The Organization has been ruthless in their activities be careful when dealing with them.


The Gentlemen: I believe they may have links into the Organization and in the Council of 12. It is believed they are of alien nature. The hallmarks of them is the cane, watch (possibly compass), and the red book they write in. Thanks to Agent Smith we now have one of their canes.


The Omega Agency: We have little information on them except from excerpts written by paranoid
delusional people on the internet. They claim to be infiltrating every organization and watching. We have captured two agents in the past but both ended up killing themselves despite being under surveillance including checking the standard checks for internal poison caps.


The Council of 12 or Majestic 12. You can look them up on the internet. We believe that they exist still and run the Organization.


The Supernatural’s. We believe there are two to three different groups that is all the information we have based on my previous encounters. Some of them came from Bureau 13 and DIS universes because both departments had prior knowledge on dealing with Supernatural’s. We have been able to gather information previously and I suspect will be confirmed with the Orc you captured. From what we have gathered there is one major group called the Alliance. I have been told by another agent that there was a being similar to myself who was not a member of the Alliance but some other
faction.


The Cleaners: We are not the only ones who keep the affairs of supernatural and aliens secret there is an organization worldwide that goes around and removing evidence of supernatural’s I have had a few run ins so far with them and they are all human but well trained and carry advanced equipment. They have a few times removed evidence of my own activities and once attempted to assassinate me.


So now let’s begin with you.


You are members of Project Sentinel. You were chosen to be injected with a drug that would unlock your true potential. That is what you were told. The truth is that the drug worked because it had something from the October 2008 event. Something that was from the merger of all the different universes. Me.


My blood was given to you for the purpose to create agents that can see the supernaturals. The number of supernatural’s taking over humans has grown dramatically in the past year. Even with devices developed to help sense them we are completely overwhelmed partly because the devices work haphazard at best and can also alert supernatural’s to the device presence when used and annoying part is that they can sense at greater distance then we can use them. We need your help. We need to find out what is going on because there seems to be factions even in the Supernatural’s and yet they all have some kind of agenda. I assume it is to come here. Why? Why must they leave their realm?


There are other organizations out there as well and then there are there are the paranormals that have not disappeared they are far less than they were but that may be changing. Secret experiments from multitude of governments and secret organizations are becoming successful. This may be because of those who had lost their powers prior to the Damocles event may had it unlocked just as some of you may have been.
